Unzip to your "c:\windows" directory and you will see "towallpaper000X000" (000x000 being the size of your desktop size) in your display properties under the background tab, click OK or Apply and your all set to go.

WinNT/2000/XP:
Unzip to your "c:\WINNT" directory and you will see "towallpaper000X000" (000x000 being the size of your desktop size) in your display properties under the background tab, click OK or Apply and your all set to go.
